Jurisdiction

Hennepin County District Court has jurisdiction in any dispute arising from this agreement. In the event that any provision of this agreement is found to be in conflict with the law, such provision shall be restated to reflect the original intent, and all other terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

Arbitration

The arbitration shall be conducted in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Termination

Severability
